Owner Carl Neumann graduated from Pennsylvania State University with degrees in Hotel and Food Service Management, and Outdoor Education and Environmental Services (as a Naturalist). His experiences; restaurant and hotel management, developing education programs for studies of the environment and our interactions with same, and outside sales and account management, most recently as an account manager with a major pest control company. The move to this area was prompted by a desire to be central to three children and eight grandchildren.
